At Goyette, we limit the work we bid, and we manage the work we get. We plan our work before we begin to assure that we are coordinated with all other trades. We have an internal project kick-off procedure that assures that our estimators, project manager and lead foreman are all working together to get the job coordinated and scheduled. We have a submittal and job costing system that allows our project manager to be completely aware of any problems so he can be pro-active in resolving any conflicts. Our project manager is responsible for the final close-out of the project and has the resources available to close out each job in an efficient and timely manner.
