Construction Division
In the construction division, Goyette Mechanical has studied and been a part of workshops for the LEED Green Building Rating System program. Recently Goyette has applied for the highly rated MSCA Green Star certification from the Mechanical Service Contractors of America. Once achieved, this will make Goyette one of only 15 Green Star Certified Contractors in America and only a few in the Midwest! Goyette crews routinely conduct energy audits Energy use profile reports and recommendations from the most efficient options available. for all construction and commercial clients. Goyette is also listed as an Energy Star Ally/Partner with the Environmental Protection Agency. Goyette engineers are on the leading edge of high efficient and Green building techniques.

Residential Sales/ Service Division
Goyette Mechanicals Residential division prides itself in being a leader in Green initiatives. One of the first to exclusively use the environmentally friendly 410A refrigerant, Goyette service technicians consistently receive the latest training on high efficient systems and heating options. The Goyette Team always recommends the opportunity to lower toxic emissions through the installation of high efficient furnaces, focus on Energy Star rated thermostats and have become a leader in recommending Geo-Thermal HVAC options for peak efficiency. Internal Efforts
Goyette Mechanical practices what they preach inside their own offices. Goyette has employed several Green initiatives within their own headquarters and working environment. Recycling containers are used in every part of the main office. Energy efficient lighting systems have been installed throughout the building including motion sensing light switches in every room to maximize energy conservation. Goyette also encourages electronic communication to limit the amount of Recycled paper that they use. Even the maintenance of the Goyette Headquarters is made more efficient with the use of green friendly cleaning products and low water yield faucets and fixtures to conserve water use.
